I would like to invite you to énergie Fitness Dundee where you will find warm and friendly staff, exceptional service levels and the quality of facilities and a class timetable that are second to none. I meet members from all walks of life from fitness fanatics to members who have never set foot in a health club before.
We offer over 40 classes a week from Yoga to Body Pump and Body Combat or why not come along and try a Beginners Spin class, no matter what age you are we have a class to suit you, please check out our timetable.
We also have Shokk Youth Fitness within our facility, they cater for kids 5 - 18 years. They offer treadmills to dance-mats and a range of classes for kids. Come along with your kids and take advantage of our family membership.
