I feel good about myself, more confident, happier and with better posture. So far I have lost over a kilo in weight, over 5 cm from my arms, 6cm from my waist, 7cm from my hips and nearly 8cm from my thighs!

Hello and welcome to the énergie Fitness Dundee Town home page. As General manager of the club I would like to congratulate you on taking the first step to a happier, healthier lifestyle.
As you may have noticed over the past 3 months we have been working in partnership with the Overgate and our sister club in Douglasfield promoting the 'Fashionably Fit' campaign. Sadly this has come to an end but I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for coming along to support us at this amazing event.
If you did not get the chance to come along do not worry as we are just around the corner on Main Street waiting to help you take that first step on your journey towards a whole new you. Look out for our September campaign 'Drop a Jean Size' where we not only help you drop a jean size in six weeks but we also give you £20 off your next pair. To take part just contact the club and we will do the rest, it really is that simple!
FREE ZUMBA CLASSES for our members will be starting in September. Zumba is the latest fitness craze everyone is talking about where you can dance yourself fit. Come along and join the party!
