Friends Matthew Russell and Calum C Ross both decided they had had enough of being pay-cheque dependent, and decided it was time to set up in business together. Matthew and Calum took over an 11,500 sq ft former Topnotch health club in Croydon. Since the takeover the membership has grown month-on-month along with the revenue. Matthew attributes a large part of their success to the support and systems provided by énergie.
