STANDARD CLASSES

PUMP!
A non-impact, resistance training routine that utilises barbells, dumbells and body weight. It is a high-energy class focusing on improving all over muscular strength and endurance, giving your muscles tone and definition. Suitable for both males and females.

Core Stability
A slower class using Fit Balls concentrating on core abdominal strength to improve posture, balance and coordination as well as working all the major muscle groups.

Legs, Bums and Tums
Legs, bum and tum areas are often considered the worst part of the body when it comes to shifting unwanted fat. This class will help you tone, reshape and strengthen those wobbly bits.

Pilates
If you'd like to have longer, leaner body with flatter stomach, Pilates is right for you. It provides a series of exercises to strengthen the inner core muscles therefore providing a good base of strength to work on the outer muscles. Exercises will also improve flexibility and balance without stressing joints.

Spin
Group indoor cycling incorporating top choreography and motivational coaching techniques. This explosive class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance, whilst strengthening lower body and burning calories with no impact.

Spin Circuit
A specific high energy based class consisting of stations both on the spinning bike and floor based exercises. Results guaranteed!

Abdominal Blast
A short and effective session that focuses on exercises for toning and strengthening the mid torso.

Zumba
Ditch the workout, join the party! An exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, fun, body-energising workout session which uses effective interval training combining fast and slow routines while targeting your legs, abs, bum and arms. Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, ideal for everyone, any age, males or females. You don't need a partner and you don't need to know how to dance!

Personal Training Group
These sessions are a great way of receiving all benefits of 1:1 personal training in a small group of up to 6 people. Each session has a specific area of focus and can be booked up to 24 hours in advance.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training

Bootcamp Circuit

The Fat Loss Camp
