next 6 weeks, we will motivate you both physically
and mentally through our proven step-by-step
programme.
If you are a beginner don’t worry you won’t be alone. We will teach
you fun and interactive ways to get fit at your
own pace. However, if you are already really
active/sporty or you even consider yourself to
be fitness fanatic, our programme will help you
improve your training, making you a better all
round athlete/sports person and reduce your
risk to injury. No matter what stage of fitness
you are at, our programme is designed to maximise
your results to keep you coming back for more
with people at the club of the same age and interests.
